All trainings equire access to a gym and various weight machines, free weights and other training accessories. Make sure you check out EQUIPMENT NEEDED list, that is written before every training.
The amount of time needed to commit for training varies depending on the intensity and length. Training are designed with profesionall football players in mind and can range from 60 to 90 minutes. There might be additional time required for setting up and cleaning equipment. Ensure you are aware of the time commitment before starting the training.
